COO Job Description

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our agency and ensuring the efficient execution of projects and services. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive productivity, improve operational processes, and enhance client satisfaction. Your technical expertise, combined with your strong leadership skills, will enable you to effectively manage our marketing and web development processes and our agency's IT/business infrastructure.

COO Responsibilities

1- Operations Management:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.

2- Marketing Assistance:

• Utilize your marketing background and expertise to provide strategic guidance and assistance to clients who require marketing services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients on branding, digital marketing, and media strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and industry developments to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful marketing solutions.

3- Web Development and Technical Expertise:

• Utilize your technical background, particularly in web development, to guide and support the agency's digital projects.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure the successful execution of web development projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

4- IT/Business Infrastructure:

• Utilize your working knowledge of IT/business infrastructure to effectively manage and optimize the agency's technological resources.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the agency's systems and networks are secure and efficient.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of hardware, software, and other technology resources.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve operational processes and enhance client experiences.

5- Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with the agency's overall goals and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

COO Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within a creative agency or similar industry.
• Strong technical background, with expertise in marketing and web development processes.
• Working knowledge of IT/business infrastructure.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in Turkish is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence and overcome challenges.
