2. Scope of Services

Threems provides the following services:

  • Web Development: Website design, development, maintenance, and hosting.
  • Public Relations (PR): Media outreach, crisis management, and reputation management.
  • Digital Transformation: Business automation, AI integration, and digital strategy consulting.
  • Localization & Translation: Website and content localization for global reach.

3. User Responsibilities & Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when engaging our services.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse our services for illegal or unethical activities.
  • Respect our intellectual property rights.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment Terms & Fees

  • Fees vary based on service type and project scope.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
  • Refund policies apply based on service type and are detailed separately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Materials: You retain ownership of materials provided for your project.
  • Threems' Work: We retain the rights to original creative content, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Usage License: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license for marketing assets created by Threems.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • All client information is treated as confidential.
  • We may use case studies or testimonials only with explicit client consent.
  • Any data shared during localization or PR services is securely handled.

7. Service-Specific Terms

A. Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Results depend on search engine algorithms and market trends; no guarantees for ranking positions.
  • Ad performance varies based on audience behavior and platform regulations.
  • Unauthorized tampering with SEO strategies voids our obligations.

B. Brand Development

  • Creative work (logos, branding elements) is unique to each client.
  • Revisions are limited based on the agreed scope of work.

C. Web Development

  • Hosting and maintenance services are available separately.
  • Bugs reported within 30 days of launch will be fixed free of charge.
  • Major updates require a separate agreement.

D. Public Relations (PR)

  • Media coverage is not guaranteed.
  • Crisis management services require immediate client cooperation.

E. Localization & Translation

  • We ensure accuracy but are not liable for contextual misunderstandings.
  • Client approval is required before final publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for business losses, revenue loss, or reputational damage caused by external factors.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to technical or third-party failures.

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice.
  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Outstanding invoices must be settled before termination is processed.

10. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

  • We comply with GDPR and data privacy laws in the UK, Turkey, and the Netherlands.
  • Client data is securely stored and processed for service purposes only.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK, Turkey, and the Netherlands.
  • Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or mediation before legal proceedings.
