The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and talented Video Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling video content that tells the stories of our NGO clients and their causes. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' digital presence, driving engagement, and supporting their missions. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and is committed to producing high-quality, impactful work.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and produce video content that aligns with client objectives and campaign strategies.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
• Ensure content is culturally relevant and accessible to a diverse audience, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking communities.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and amplify our clients' messages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technologies and trends, and incorporate innovative approaches to content creation.
• Provide expertise in video marketing strategy, contributing to the overall success of our clients' campaigns.
• Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and is delivered on schedule.

Requirements:

• Native fluency in Arabic and fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in video production, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills in storytelling, filming, and editing.
• Strong understanding of the NGO sector and experience creating content that supports advocacy, fundraising, and awareness campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing softwares and familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and a commitment to producing content that makes an impact.
